Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the products are unused, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact to qualify for a successful pickup.

  Reverse Pickup

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 2-3 business days to collect the package and provide a physical acknowledgment receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund will be initiated to the original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 days.
